摘要
磁场热处理在材料研究和生产中有着非常重要的作用。从设计思路、基本结构和功能以及实际应用效果几个方面介绍了自行研制和开发的高温磁场真空退火炉。该设备不仅能在高温退火的环境下保持高真空,同时还能在样品上施加高达500奥斯特以上的磁场;操作简单,维护方便,温度控制精度高,稳定性好。该设备在磁性材料的生长和热处理的使用中取得了良好的效果。
Heat treatment in magnetic field is very important and useful in material research and industry. This article introduces the framework, functions and effect in practice of the home- made high- temperature magnetic- field vacuum annealing furnace. The operation and maintenance of the equipment are simple. The annealing temperature can be controlled smoothly and accurately. The application of the furnace has a good effect in the growth and heat- treatment of magnetic materials.
