摘要
采用数字化测量与控制技术对透明器皿内的有色及无色液位进行精确计量。计量仪由高精度光纤传感器、步进电机、LCD(液晶显示)触摸屏和PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)组成控制系统。系统可实现全自动的液位检测、精确定位、快速移动和实时显示。系统具有120mm/min的最大移动速度,0.1mm的重复检测定位精度。
This paper introduces a digital experimental device which can exactly measure the liquid level in a vessel. The control system of the proposed device is constructed by a high precise optical fiber sensor used to detect liquid level, a set of stepping motors, an LCD human- machine interface and a PLC ( programmable logical controller). By means of the control system, liquid levels in a glass test tube or vessel are automatically detected step by step. The device can realize the excellent functions such as automatically testing liquid level, very precise located position, fast locomotion and the experimental results displayed in real- time. In addition, the control system is provided with the maximum moving speed up to 120 mm/min and the repeated location accuracy to 0.1 mm.
