高职院校电工电子与自动化技术实训基地建设的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of the base construction of electrotechnics and electronics and automation technology training in vocational colleges

以闽西职业技术学院电工电子与自动化技术实训基地为例，从高职院校实训基地建设的指导思想、基本思路、实训基地建设的管理模式等方面，阐述了高职院校电工电子与自动化技术实训基地建设的实践，为创建示范性高职院校和培养高级技术应用型人才奠定了坚实的基础。

Taking Minxi Vocational and Technical College as the example, the author gives an exploration on the construction of electrotechics and electronics and automation technology training base in higher vocational colleges from the following aspects： the guiding ideology, the basic thoughts and the administration patterns of the construction of the training base, which lays the foundation for the establishment of a modeled higher vocational and technical college and the development of the advanced application- oriented personnel.
