摘要
实验室是知识创新和高层次人才培养的基地，而实验技术人员队伍建设是实验室建设和提高实验教学质量的保证。根据该院55名实验技术人员的现状，分析了其产生的原因，提出了综合性大学医学实验技术人员队伍建设的措施，对指导实验技术人员队伍建设具有重要作用。
The laboratory is the base of the knowledge innovation and high- level talent training. The construction of laboratory technician team is guarantee of the laboratory construction and the enhancement experiment teaching quality. According to the present situation of 55 laboratory technicians in our college, the reasons for them are analyzed, and the measures of construction of medical laboratory technician team are proposed in comprehensive universities. The measures play an important rule to instruct the construction of laboratory technician team.
