油料皮仁快速检测仪的研制和应用

摘要 采用离心撞击式原理和变频调控技术,将油料脱皮、皮仁分离、自动检测和数据处理与输出系统集成创新,开发出YPRC-1型油料皮仁快速检测仪,实现菜籽、苏籽等油料皮仁分离与检测的自动化、集成化、一体化。应用结果表明,速测仪具有检测快速、结果准确、操作简单等特点,其性能指标达到:脱皮率>95%,皮中含仁<1%,仁中含皮<1%,含仁率检测准确度>98%,平均偏差<0.2%,样品量<10g,单个样品检测时间<5m in。 This paper reports development and application of YPRC - 1 instrument tor last detection of kernel and hull in oilseeds and perilla seed. Based on principles of centrifugal impacting and frequency conversion, the instrument was made up of dehulling, separating, date processing and result displaying sections. The instrument has a small size and is portable ,accurate and fast. It has a dehulling rate of more than 95% ,and kernels contained in hull is less than 1%. The accuracy of kernel content in oilseeds is more than 98% and standard deviation is less than 2%. Sample weight is less than 10g and detecting time is less than 5 rain.
