摘要 目的:用脑电超慢涨落分析(ET)仪检测焦虑症患者治疗前后脑内神经递质的变化。方法:对符合入组标准的43例患者治疗前后用脑电超慢涨落分析(ET)仪对神经递质含量进行检测。结果:焦虑症组GABA、DA分值低于正常对照组(P<0.01);5-HT及NE分值高于正常对照组,(P<0.01),Ach分值与对照组相比基本一致,差别无显著性(P>0.05)。焦虑症组治疗后GABA较治疗前升高,差别具有显著性(P<0.05);5-HT较治疗前降低,差别具有显著性(P<0.05);DA、NE、Ach差别无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:ET检测脑内神经递质在焦虑症中随疾病恢复的动态变化,可作为判断疗效、治疗安全性的依据。 Objective:To observe the changes of cerebral neurotransmitters in treatment of anxiety with Bus- par. Methods: All subjects were assigned to the anxiety group (n = 43 ), they were eligible for standard anxiety and treated with Buspar, 5mg/d to 40mg/d for six weeks according to efficacy and side effects, and the healthy control group ( n = 30). The level of neurotransmitters, such as 5 - HT, norepinephrine ( NE), dopamine (DA) and GABA, were measured in both groups before and after management using encephalofluctuogram technology ( ET). Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of 5 - HT and NE were increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; the levels GABA and DA were decreased (P 〈0.01 ). The level of GABA in anxiety group after treatment was higher than that before treatment (P 〈 0.05 ) ; level of 5 - HT, by contrast, was lower ( P 〈 0.05 ), no changes of level of DA, NE and Ach ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions: Measure of cerebral neurotransmitters by ET could be a basis for efficiency and safety of treatment for anxiety.
