摘要 建立了一种简单、准确的高效液相色谱测定食品中诱惑红含量的方法。用C18柱梯度洗脱使诱惑红与柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、亮蓝等良好分离。结果显示RSD小于3%,回收率为95.4%~100.7%,线性相关系数0.999。该法前处理简单,回收率高,操作简便,测定结果令人满意。 A simple and accurate HPLC method was developed for the determination of Fancy Red in food. The determination was performed on a C18 column to separate Fancy Red form tartrazine, amaranth, Ponceau 4R, Sunset Yellow and Brilliant Blue by gradient elution. The results showed that the RSD was less than 3%, the average recovery was 95.4%-100.7%, and the linear relative coefficient was 0.999. Characterized by simple treatment, high recovery and easy operation, the method could give satisfactory results.
