个人与组织契合度在人力资源管理实践中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 尽管个人与组织契合理论属于组织行为科学领域,但其在管理中的应用却与人力资源管理实践是紧密联系的。本文在梳理了国内外关于契合理论在人力资源管理中的应用研究后,提出了关于这方面研究的相关认识。
