624例白血病三色流式细胞术免疫表型分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的用三色流式细胞术探讨白血病免疫表型的特点。方法采用单克隆抗体直接免疫荧光标记法,对624例白血病患者进行免疫表型分析。结果以CD45/SSC双参数散点图设门方法分析:急性髓细胞白血病421例,占67.46%,主要表达CD13、CD33、CD117,急性T淋巴细胞白血病42例,占6.73%,主要表达CD2、CD7;急性B淋巴细胞白血病122例,占19.55%,主要表达CD19、CD22;慢性淋巴细胞白血病8例,占1.28%,主要表达CD5、CD19;双表型白血病12例,占1.92%,均出现双系列细胞质抗原阳性表达。结论运用流式细胞术对白血病进行免疫表型分析,可以极大提高诊断的准确性,为临床合理治疗,判断疗效与预后提供重要依据。
