白内障超声乳化联合Acrysof推注式折叠型人工晶体植入术临床观察

Clinical Research Phacoemulsification and the Implantation of Acrysof Foldable Intraocular Lens with Injector

目的评价3.2 mm透明角膜隧道切口白内障超声乳化摘除联合Acrysof推注式折叠型人工晶体植入术的临床疗效。方法对219例（242只眼）白内障患者行超声乳化吸除联合Acrysof推注式折叠型人工晶体植入术。观察术后视力、角膜散光、前房反应、后囊混浊程度。结果裸眼或球镜矫正视力术后1 d≥0.5者占75.21%,1、3个月≥1.0者分别占39.26%、47.11%;角膜平均散光度术前与术后1周比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,术前与术后1个月及术后1个月与3个月比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;术后经3~18个月随访,无1例发生明显影响术后视力的后发障。结论白内障超声乳化联合Acrysof推注式折叠型人工晶体植入术,具有术后视力恢复快、角膜散光度小、炎症反应轻、后囊混浊程度小等优点。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of phacoemulsification with 3.2 mm clear corneal tunnel incisions and the implantation of Acrysof foldable intraocular lens（IOL） with injector. Methods Two hundred and nineteen case cataracts with 242 eyes underwent phacoemulsification with 3.2 mm clear corneal tunnel incisions and the implantation of Acrysof foldable IOL with injector. The changes of visual, corneal astigmatism, anterior chamber, posterior capsular opacification（PCO）etc were observed. Results The correctable visual acuities excluding pathological change cataracts were 0. 5 or better in 75. 21% at 1 day. and were 1. 0 or better in 39.26 %,47.11% at 1 month and 3 months after treatment. The difference between preoperation and 1 day was statistically significant（P〈0.05） ;the difference between preoperation and 1 month and between I month and 3 months were not statistically significant（P〈0.05） ;Anterior chamber flares were mild. There was no one about incidence of PCO. Conclusion Perfect visual low astigmatic. The anrerior chamber reacts slight, with good effect and low incidence of PCO with the implantation of Acrysof foldable IOL with injector.
