摘要
舵桨装置基座及加强结构为舵桨合一悬挂装置的支撑结构,其受力状态和结构形式复杂。该文通过分析舵桨装置的工作运行特点,提出了该基座及加强结构在不同海况、各种工作状态下的载荷计算方法,通过结构有限元分析,对这部分结构进行了综合优化,从优化结果可见其应力分布较为合理。
Azimuth thruster pedestal and its reinforcement structure are the support structure of steering and thruster syncretic hanging installation. The external loads on and the structures of the installation are complicated. In this paper, the operating characteristics of the azimuth thruster are analyzed. The load calculation method for the pedestal and reinforcement structure at different operating cases and various sea conditions is proposed. FEM is used to caJeulate the structure stress and the structure is optimized according to the result. The optimized result shows that the stress distribution is reasonable.
