氨基修饰的介孔分子筛对CO_2的吸附性能 被引量:16

摘要 以氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTS)为修饰剂,利用嫁接方法对 MCM-41和 SBA-15分子筛进行氨基修饰,采用 X 射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、热重和 CO_2程序升温脱附等于段表征了材料的结构和对 CO_2的吸附、脱附性能。实验结果表明,APTS嫁接到了两种分子筛的孔道内;氨基修饰的分子筛的孔道仍高度有序,对CO_2的吸附能力有明显的改善,MCM-41和 SBA-15分子筛修饰后的吸附量分别为47.5,40.5 mg/g。氨基修饰的分子筛对CO_2的吸附形态主要为双齿碳酸氢盐、双齿碳酸盐、单齿碳酸氧盐和单齿碳酸盐。 Novel CO2 adsorbents were prepared by grafting aminosilanes on mesoporous MCM-41 and SBA-15 molecular sieves. The NH2-functional group in aminopropyltriethoxysilane could provide CO2 adsorption sites. The prepared adsorbents were characterized by means of XRD, FTIR, TG and CO2-TPD. The characterization confirmed that aminosilianes were grafted on surface of the channels in mesoporous molecular sieves. CO2 adsorption capacity of amine-grafted MCM-41 and SBA-15 increased to 47.5 and 40.5 mg/g at room temperature, respectively. Amine-grafted MCM-41 adsorbed CO2 as bidentate bicarbonate, monodentate bicarbonate, monodentate carbonate and bidentate carbonate species.
