榆林供电公司电能抄算管控综合系统的设计

摘要 榆林供电公司在实施集中抄表系统时,设计了一个较好的方案。该方案将公司已有的地调、负控的电能数据直接导入该系统,将台区变和所辖用电客户的电能数据通过配电线路传到台区变处集中,将各个台区的抄表数通过GPRS传入集抄中心,同时对于原有电费管理系统的功能进行整合,从而在营销部形成具有电能抄、算、管、控一体化功能的电能综合管理系统。该系统实现了用电客户抄表自动化,提高了工作效率,降低了抄表的成本。系统使用的数据来源惟一,既保证了数据的正确性,又减少了录入数据的工作量和可能导致的错误发生;系统充分共享已有的数据资源,节省了资金投入。该设计既具有技术上的先进性,又具有良好的经济性。系统目前正在构建实施之中。 The Yulin power supply company builds up an intellectually reading meters system and designs an ideal scheme, which can extract the data of large user from existing dispatch and load control system and obtain the data of residential district transformer and customer through power distribution circuit. Meanwhile, integrate the existing electricity changes managing system into the synthetically electric energy managing system of marketing department. This system implements electric remote meter reading based on GPRS, which improving the working efficiency and reducing the cost of meter reading, and forming unique data source, which insures the accuracy of data and reduces the workload of data entry. The data sharing in system reduces the cost of system development. So, the synthetically electric energy managing system has advanced technology and good cost - effective. This system is building up at present.
