摘要 在简要说明注塑机的基本组成和工作流程的基础上,介绍一款基于ARM处理器LPC2138的注塑机控制器,给出该控制器的软硬件设计方案,详细论述控制器中温度检测部分硬件电路的组成和设计,简要介绍控制器软件的设计方法,并着重阐述了温度检测程序模块所采用的模糊控制与传统PID相结合的控制算法。控制器通过采用主-从结构的双ARM处理器控制系统来实现显示及控制任务的分割,实际运行结果表明,该方案具有稳定可靠等优点。 Based on the brief introduction of basic composition and work - flow of plastic injection - molding machine, this thesis illustrates one kind of the controller of plastic injection- molding machine based on the ARM processor LPC2138, provides the scheme in designing the software and hardware solution for that controller,elaborates hardware composition and de signing method of the temperature measurement unit,and briefly introduces the method of software designing of the controller and explains the control algorithm of temperature control module, namely combination of fuzzy control and traditional PID control. In this design, by means of application of double ARM microprocessors control system with master- slave construction to achieve the display and control tasks segmentation. The actual practice of this controller shows this solution has advantages of stability and reliability.
