摘要 介绍一种以Atmel公司的单片机ATmega324p为控制核心,结合数字温度传感器DS18820和INTEGRATION公司的无线收发芯片IA4421的数字化无线温度传感器的设计。该设计频段(433MHz ISM)无需申请即可使用测温范围为-40~95℃,分辨率为0.0625℃,工作频率433MHz,接收灵敏度为109dBm,最大发射功率8dBm,传输距离200m,采和电池供电。重点介绍该系统的硬件接口、软件设计以及低功耗设计。该数字化温度传感器可应用到各种需要无接触的场合,实现对现场温度的“先知先觉”。 The digital wireless temperature sensor based on ATmega 324p of Atmel Company, digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and a single chip RF transceiver IA4421 are introduced,433 MHz ISM does not need application, temperature measure bound-40~95℃ ,resolving power 0. 062 5 ℃, operating frequency 433 MHz, receiving sensitivity -109 dBm, the most transmit power 8 dBm, transferring distance 200 m, battery power supply. The hardware interface and low power software design are analyzed. The digital temperature sensor can be applied in each eontaetless occasions, realizing foresight to the temperature.
