大型封头成形工艺的模拟研究

Simulation Research on Heavy Tank Head in Forming Processes

本文采用刚塑性有限元数值模拟和物理模拟方法对大型厚壁球型封头成形工艺进行了较深入的研究，分析了封头成形过程中的塑性变形规律及主要工艺参数，并得到了较优的模具结构参数值，为封头成形工艺及模具设计提供了有价值的参考。

In this paper, the forming process of heavy tank head with thick wall and globular shape is thoroughly studied by means of rigid-plastic FEM and physical modelling. Plastic flow regulation and main parameters in the forming process are analysed, and the geometrical parameters of dies are oplimized.So valueble reference is provided for designning the forming process and dies.
