Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in the Nursing

目的总结经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术（PCI）的护理要点，以提高护理质量及成效。方法对36例不稳定型心绞痛及急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者实施PCI的术前、术中、术后护理。结果36例患者均能顺利完成PCI。结论术前加强观察护理，术中与医生紧密配合，及早发现及时处理不良反应，是保证患者安全，顺利进行PCI的前题，术后良好的护理是预防减少并发症的关键，促进患者早日康复。

Objective Purpose Aggregate percntaneous coronary intervention （PCI）therapy of the main points of care to enhance the quality of care and effectiveness. Methods 36 cases of unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction（AMI） in the implementation of PCI before, during and after care. Results 36 cases with both the successful completion of PCI. Conclusion Strengthen the care of before,during and work closely with doctors, early detection of the timely processing of adverse reactions,is to ensure patient safety, the prerequisite for the smooth progress of PCI, after good care is the key to prevention of complications with an early recovery.
