摘要
目的总结急性妊娠脂肪肝的观察与护理经验。方法对患者行周密观察和有效的护理措施。结果剖宫产5例，阴道分娩7例。入院时胎儿宫内死亡3例，围产儿死亡2例，孕产妇死亡1例。12例患者均有不同程度的多脏器功能损伤。结论对妊娠急性脂肪肝产妇应积极预防并发症，保证患者度过危险期。
Objective To explore the nursing care in the treatment of pregnancy associated with acute fatty liver. Methods Close observation and effective nursing measures were taken. Results 3 cases of maternal deaths with twin pregnancy and no neonatal death. 2 patients recovered with normal liver function index. Conclusion Close observation can provide basis for making definite clinical diagnosis of pregnancy associated with acute fatty liver in third trimester of pregnancy,which can be helpful for the proper treatment of acute fatty liver and prevention of complications.
