数模混和电路故障诊断测试技术研究

摘要 分析了数模混合电路故障诊断测试系统组成结构和各模块主要功能,对整个系统的实现情况进行了分析与论证.找出了对于数模混合的电路故障诊断测试过程中实现难点,重点对模拟信号的预判别和信号的误差修正补偿技术进行了深入的研究.提出了对模拟信号的有效的采集方法和可行分析手段,对信号误差分析了其产生原因,并给出了解决方案. This paper has analyzed the digital-analog mix electric circuit breakdown diagnosis test system composition structure and various modules main function, has carried on the analysis and the proof to the overall system realization situation, has discovered the difficulty in realization regarding in the digital-analog mix electric circuit breakdown diagnosis test process, the paper in emphasis compensates the technology to the simulated signal pre-distinction and the signal error correction to conduct the thorough research. Proposed to the simulated signal effective gathering method and the feasible analysis method, has had the reason to signal error analysis it, and has produced the solution.
