选择2003—10/2005—3在本院口腔科治疗的符合纳入及排除标准的老年病患的上颌前牙残冠残根180例,随机分入各治疗组:A组为预成金属桩银汞核修复组,B组为铸造桩核修复组,C组为纤维桩树脂核修复组。治疗期间,考察各治疗组桩核制作完成所需要的椅旁时间;治疗完成后,随访3年,观察各组患牙的预后。结果显示,A组、C组桩核修复完成所需的椅旁时间相似,且均少于B组。3年随访期,各组预后差异无统计学意义。结果提示老年人上颌前牙残冠残根需要修复时,可以选择操作较为简单的预成桩金属桩银汞核或纤维桩树脂核,尤其是纤维桩树脂核,能更好的保护剩余牙体组织。
180 elderly patients achieved the inclusion-exclusion criteria were selected from 2003-10/2005-3 as the subjects and were randomly divided into three groups. Group A: treated with canal pin and silver amalgam core; Group B: treated with casting post-core; Group C: treated with fiber post and resin core. By-chair time was recorded when fabricating and bonding the post and core. Follow-up was performed for 3 years after the crown was bonded. It showed that the by-chair time of Group A and C were similar, and both were shorter than Group B. There was no significant difference among the 3 groups during the 3-year follow-up. The results suggest that when it comes to severe loss of tooth structure of maxillary anterior teeth in elderly people, canal pin and silver amalgam core or fiber post and resin core is recommended, especially the latter is preferred to protect the residual tooth structure.
