摘要
应用单片机系统完成电火花加工脉冲电源的参数设定和故障检测报警任务，并实时分析电火花加工间隙的状态，为进一步实现电火花加工过程的优化控制奠定硬件基础。
A set of system of singlechip microcomputer can fulfil the task of setting parameters for electrical discharge machining as well as monitoring pulse generator EDM.In addition,it on line conducts analyse of five elementary discharge states in EDM.Morever,it is the hardware platform to optimize EDM process automatically.
