摘要 灌注式彩色水泥—沥青混合料是在开级配的沥青混合料空隙内,灌注添加颜料的水泥净浆或有色水泥浆而形成的一种彩色复合材料。本文采用体积法设计了一种高空隙率的沥青混合料,通过添加彩色颜料的方法调节水泥浆的色彩,对大空隙沥青混合料灌注彩色浆体材料而形成彩色水泥—沥青混合料。对彩色水泥—沥青混合料进行了马歇尔试验、高温车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验和老化试验,来评价混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳性和耐久性。试验结果表明,这类彩色水泥—沥青混合料具有优良的高温稳定性、较好的水稳定性、较好的低温抗裂性以及良好的耐久性。与普通沥青混合料相比,这种混合料的力学性质和路用性能均有明显改善,特别是具有很高的抗变形能力、较低的温度敏感性及良好的耐久性能。彩色水泥—沥青混合料可广泛用于公路、景观道路、城市公交车道、危险路口、桥梁等铺面面层。 Pouring colored cement-asphalt composite is generally described as an open-graded asphalt concrete mixture filled with cement grouts in which pigments are added or other types of colored grouts. In this paper, an asphalt mixture base with a high void volume was designed by using the volume design procedure, and the colors of grouts were adjusted with added pigments. Then colored grouts were affused into high-void asphalt mixtures to attain colored cement-asphalt composites. Laboratory tests were conducted to evaluate the high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance, water susceptibility and durability of composites. These tests included Marshall stability, high-temperature wheel track, modified Lottman, low-temperature bending, and mixture aging tests. The results show that colored cement-asphah composites have excellent high-temperature stability, low water susceptibility, good lowtemperature crack resistance and good durability. Compared with that of common asphalt mixtures, mechanical properties and pavement performance of composites have been improved remarkably, particularly with better high-temperature deformation resistance and durability, and lower temperature sensitivity.Colored cement-asphah composites can be widely used in paved surfaces on highway, landscape road, urban bus lane, dangerous intersection, and bridge.
