摘要
文章以美国、德国和日本为例,介绍并剖析了发达国家的产品质量监管机构及其职能、法律法规和监管制度,总结了其质量监管的成功经验,为完善我国质量监管体系提供借鉴和启示。
The quality supervision organizations, laws and regulations and institutions of three developed countries, such as USA, Germany and Japan, are analyzed in this paper. We summarize some good experiences of their quality supervision for reference to improve the quality supervision system of China.
