摘要 产品的设计质量决定了产品的固有质量。质量功能展开(QFD)是以顾客需求为导向,建立顾客要求与设计要求间的联系,寻找和挖掘影响产品质量的关键因素。创新问题解决理论(TRIZ)是一种专门研究创新和概念设计的理论,可通过普遍性工具获得领域解。田口方法可将设计概念转化为一系列切实可行的设计参数。文章对这三种设计方法进行了比较分析,并讨论了它们的集成应用问题。 The key influencing factor of product quality is the design quality. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is leaded by the demand of customers, and it establishes the relationship between customers' demand and design requirement to find the key influencing factors of product quality. TRIZ is the theory of researching innovation and conceptual design, and it can obtain field solution by universal tools. Taguchi method can translate the concept of design into a serial of feasible parameters. This paper discusses the integration of three methods based on the analysis of these methods.
