摘要
文章创新性地将企业的标准竞争划分为3个阶段,并根据竞争阶段不同,将企业的标准竞争战略归纳为标准开发战略、标准运营战略、标准市场战略3种类型,并详细讨论了每种战略类型下,企业可采取的具体竞争策略。
The process of standards competition was divided originally into three the standards competition strategies were classified three types correspondingly, research strategies, standards management strategies and standards marketing strategies in this paper' This paper also discussed the particular tactics in every type of standard competition strategies, which can be used by enterprises.
