摘要
文章就欧盟对特种设备的监管方法进行了研究,包括欧盟特种设备指令的适用范围、内容以及市场监督方式,并就欧盟新方法指令的特点进行了分析,提出了有关我国特种设备监管的建议对策。
This paper studies the supervisory methods of special equipments in European Union, including the applicable scopes, contents and way of market supervision of the directives on special equipments. The characteristics of the directives based on the New Approach are analyzed in detail. The suggestions for supervision on special equipments in China are addressed as well.
