Change of the International Standards ISO/IEC17021: 2006 and the Concerned Aspects in Its Application and Implementation

文章从标准的适用范围、价值取向等12个方面具体介绍了ISO/IEC17021:2006国际标准与被其替代的1996版国际导则的主要变化和新增要求。并针对这些变化,结合认证机构认证审核管理实践,讨论了认证机构在人员管理、审核策划、审核实施以及获证后监督等方面应重点关注的方面。

This article briefly introduced the application area and the value onentatmn ot the standards, such as 12 specific aspects of the international standards ISOAEC17021：2006, and its main changes and add-new-requirements compared with the 1996 version of the international guidelines. At the same time, for these changes, with the practice of management about the certification body certified audit, it discussed the certification body in personal management, audit planning, audit implementation and supervision after certified and so on what should focus on the area.
