从知识产权入手保护我们国内的优质土特产品,既可以创建我国自己的世界品牌,又可以突破当今世界经济强国以技术标准、专利技术等一系列措施所构筑的贸易壁垒,从而起到提高中国地理标志产品,特别是农产品的国际竞争力。
With the help of TRIPS to protect the regional products can not only establish the name plate of ourselves, but also can breakthrough the technical standards and patents from the developed countries which are blocked the export of our products. In this way we can raise our international competition ability of regional products, especially for the farm product.
