摘要
总结了管线用X60,X65钢级无缝管的研制情况,阐述了其化学成分的选择和在线正火及控制冷却工艺,讨论了该类钢的强韧化机理。工业性试生产表明,选用0.16%C,1.45%Mn,0.05%Nb,0.10%V钢,采用在线正火工艺,可以生产出X60钢级无缝管。在该化学成分的基础上再加入少量的Cr,适当地提高钢中的Si含量,并控制N含量,辅以在线正火及控制冷却工艺,即可生产X65级无缝管。实验证明,所选的化学成分和采取的工艺路线是正确的。
The paper summarizes the development of the X6o and X65 seamless steel pipes forpipeline purpose,describes the determination of the steel chemical composition and the processes ofon-line normalization and controlled-cooling for the pipe and discusess toughening mechanism ofthe steels. Relevant pilot commercial production has proven that with steel containing O. 16%C,l. 45%Mn, 0. 05%Nb and 0. 0l NV and the on-line normalization treatment, the X60 seamlesssteel tube can be obtained. Based on the said chemical complsition,the X65 pipe can also be madeby means of addition of Cr in a small ammount,properly increasing Si content,prlperly controllingof N content and adopting on-line normalization treatment and controlled-cooling processes.
