介绍了意大利达尔明钢厂Φ711.2mm辊式热扩管机的工艺和设备特点、生产线布置及其技术经济效益。该机顶杆系统通过液压微调装置来补偿轧管时产生的壁厚不均。辊式扩管工艺能提高钢管的尺寸精度,尤其是同心度;只需极少的管坯规格,即可获得很宽的扩管尺寸范围;并经济地生产批量小的产品。
Described in the article are the main aspects of the 711. 2mm Roll Type Hot-ex-panding Pipe Mill located at the Dalmine Steel Works, Italy, including manufacturing process andequipment features, layout of the mill plant as well as the technical-economic benefits produced bythe mill. A hydraulic fine setting mechanism is used in the plug system of the mill to compensatethe gauge uneveness occurring during rolling. The said roll type pipe-expanding process providessuch advantages as better tube geometric accuracy, particular concentricity, fewer sizes of blanktubes neededfor a wider expanding size range and cost-effective production,of tubes on a small lotbasis.
