摘要
研究了两种在确保达到和超过高强度钢丝要求的力学性能情况下,可以彻底去除高强度钢丝铅浴处理引起铅污染的技术措施:一是高碳钢丝采用奥氏体化后先短时间(2~4s)水冷再在空气介质炉中等温处理方法;二是采用低碳低合金钢经水淬或空气吹冷获得低碳马氏体或低碳贝氏体加低碳马氏体的方法。
An investigation on protection from lead pollution in patenting is carried out on the basis of ensuring patenting steel wires to obtain and exceed the request of mechanical property It is shown that both an isothermal treatment at the sorbite transformation temperature in an air medium furnace after water cooling for short times for high carbon steel wire and obtaining low carbon martensite or low carbon tempering martensite and low carbon bainite by water quenching or air cooling for low carbon low alloy steel wire are used in order to protect the pollution
