摘要
磷化膜质量检测方法上存在的缺陷，给优化钢丝磷化处理工艺、改进磷化膜质量带来较大的困难。根据试验结果，介绍用显微硬度、显微形貌和声发射技术检测钢丝磷化膜质量３种方法的基本原理和特点。
