摘要
非智力因素是影响学校教育的重要指标之一,本文从非智力因素的教育心理学概念出发,探讨在性别差异因素、性格差异因素、认知类型的个别差异因素以及学习类型的个别差异因素四方面非智力因素对教学施加的影响,提高学校教学的整体质量。
Non - intellectual factors of individual difference play very important roles on the influence of school teaching. The author attempts to discuss this issue based on its educational psychological definition from four perspectives as follows- gender difference, personality difference, cognitive style difference and leaming style difference in hopes that we give priorities over it so as to strengthen the school teaching.
