劳动力市场分割理论下的教育发展

摘要 从劳动力市场分割理论对教育的影响来探讨教育的发展,认为受教育程度的不同会影响劳动者的就业情况,而劳动力市场的需求又反过来影响劳动者对教育的需求。尝试对现在教育发展中存在的某些问题提出一些建议:缓解教育过剩、引导高学历学生合理就业、建立与劳动力市场相联系的高职教育。 The development of China's education is discussed with the Labor Market Segmentation Theory with the belief that job hunters' different educational backgrounds lead them to different jobs, and that the labor market influences people's need to get education of different levels. The countermeasures to solve China's education problems are put forward as: to control the scale of higher education; to encourage graduates and postgraduates to find jobs in small cities or even the countryside; and to encourage higher vocational education that meet the needs of the labor market.
