The significance of implementing course credit system is pointed out. The challenges the implementation of course credit system poses on administration are analyzed. The measures to improve the administration are put forward as： to update the concept of administration, to develop new mode of administration, to establish tutor system and assistant student-tutor system, to improve the quality of the administrative staff, and to encourage students to do self-education and self-management .
