介绍了一种用于大型结构件混合气体保护焊的自动焊接机CNC系统的硬、软件系统。阐述其系统构成，着重介绍了直角焊缝轨迹自动测量原理及角焊缝自动焊接方法和途径，并介绍了CNC自动焊接机的焊接过程。
THis paper discusses the hardware and software of CNC automatic welding- machanesystem, which is used in the mixed-gas weld for the big structured workpieces ,the system composition is intruduced, focus on the automatic measurement of fillet weld, and the mdthod of automatic weld ,The welding process of the CNC automatic welding-machine is also discussed.
