引进FDI的风险及防范

The Risks of FDI and Countermeasures in Our State

流入中国的FDI弥补了我国资金短缺,在拉动经济增长、增加就业和税收,推动经济制度变迁,促进技术进步,实现贸易扩张等方面起到了积极作用。但是FDI也会带来消极影响,过分依赖FDI将会造成巨大的机会成本和效率损失,大量的FDI收益汇出很可能造成中国的国际收支危机。为此,应分析引进FDI存在的风险,并采取相关的风险防范措施。

FDI as a very important part of investment from foreign countries. FDI helped China to solve investment shortage, promote technology, develop economy. But FDI has its disadvantages, it can lead Chinese economic to a crisis because China lose its dependence in development. If we are too dependent on FDI we will waste a lot of resources and afford more financial risks. Therefore,this article analyze the risks from FDI and give some advices to prevent these risks.
