采用2kWCO2激光器,在无贵重气体保护激光熔池的条件下,开展了Al-Si合金表面激光熔覆Al青铜合金的研究。探讨了激光工艺参数对熔覆层宏观质量影响的基本规律,获得了完整的工艺操作图;研究了扫描速度对熔覆层宏观形貌和显微硬度的影响;
A process the laser-cladding of Al bronze on to an Al-Si alloy has been developed that employs a 2 kW CO2 laser in the absence of an expensive gas to protect the laser-generated pool The effect of laser parameters on the macroquality of the produced coatings has been investigated and a complete operating diagram for the processing has been established The effects of traverse speed on the morphology and microhardness of the coatings have also been studied Finally, the interaction of the laser-cladding Al bronze with the Al-Si alloy in case the powder feed is delivered to the laser-generated pool only by gravity, as well as the process flow diagram, are discussed
