摘要
介绍了一种无粉尘污染表面气体喷砂设备的设计结构、工作原理及解决的技术难点。该设备的特点是:采用了特殊的螺旋进给方式,喷射进入混合室的气流从螺旋进给器的螺纹管中穿过,该螺纹管既是输砂元件又是输气元件。采用这种结构的优点是:(1)可方便精确地将气砂混合比调整到最佳值,使能量利用率达到最佳;(2)可采用潮湿砂(含水量5%~15%)作为喷砂介质,因而无粉尘污染,还可采用极微小的磨料作为喷砂介质,因而特别适合处理表面精度要求较高的管材、板材,如航空用钛合金导管、核电站用锆材等。
