治疗奶牛乳腺炎中药透皮制剂处方的筛选

Prescription bolting of Chinese materia medica percutaneous preparation for cow mastitis

文章研究了蒲公英、金银花、连翘、大黄、芙蓉花、黄芪、黄芩7味中药对奶牛主要致病菌的体外抗菌活性及其透皮制剂的抗炎效果。筛选出4种药物组成中药复方,按不同的配伍剂量设计了9个复方组合,分别研究了体外抗菌活性和抗炎效果,从抑菌和抗炎试验结果可以看出,复方4和8的综合效果最好。

The antibacterial activity and anti-inflammatory effects of Dandelion, Honeysuckle Flower, Weeping forsythia capsule, Rhubarb, Hibisci mutabilis Flos, Milkvetch Root, Baical Skullcap Root on the cow main pathogenic bacteria were studied in this paper. Four medicines had been screened as the main composition of the Chinese compound prescription. Nine compound prescriptions has been designed according to different compatibility dosage and the antibacterial activity and the anti-inflammatory effects were investigated. The results showed that compound prescription 4 and 8 had good effects in two aspects.
