植物乳杆菌培养基的优化

Optimization of culture medium for L. plantarum

本研究主要是针对分离自发酵糯玉米的植物乳杆菌,为了促进植物乳杆菌的增殖,对其培养基进行了优化。单因素试验结果表明,最佳碳源、氮源、磷源分别为蔗糖、酵母膏、KH2PO4。正交试验确定的最佳添加量是蔗糖2%、酵母膏2.5%、KH2PO40.2%,菌落总数为3.0×108cfu·mL-1。

L. plantarum was isolated from fermented waxy corn. The optimal formula of medium was studied in order to increase the total colonies of L. plantarum. Multiplication culture medium and the effects of different nutrient components on the grown of L. plantarum were investigated and optimized by single and orthogonal designs. The results showed that sucrose, yeast extract and KH2PO4 were the optimum factors. The total colonies of L. plantarum were 3.0×10^8 efu·mL^-1in the optimized medium which was composed of 2% sucrose, 2.5% yeast extract, 0.2% KH2PO4.
