摘要
介绍了一种基于触摸屏和数字温度传感器的新型温度控制系统.以单片机为控制核心,数字式温度传感器为测量元件,固态继电器为执行元件,通过PID控制算法,实现对象的温度控制.采用触摸屏为人机界面,完成温度值的设定和显示,简化了电路结构,提高了系统的可靠性.实验效果表明,系统具有较好的温度跟随性.
This article introduces a new kind of temperature control system based on GOT and the digital temperature sensor chip. The system used the digital temperature sensor chip as a measurement component, the SSR as an execution component and the PID algorithm as a control of temperature, with Single Chip Microcomputer being the core. GOT, as a human-machine interface, is used to set and display temperature. The design simplifies the configuration of circuit and improves the stability of the system. The experiment shows better temperature following behaviors.
