摘要
分析了复式系杆同步带传动周转轮系的运动,在ADAMS中建立了该周转轮系的虚拟样机,在此基础上进行了运动模拟,得到了输入和输出转速之间的传动比,此传动比与轮系传动比的理论计算值相吻合,从而验证了轮系传动设计的正确性,为样机试制提供了参考,提高了设计效率.
This paper analyzed the movement of the synchronous belt driving planetary gear train with double planet carriers. A virtual prototype of the gear train was built and its movement was simulated by using the software of ADAMS. The transmission ratio between the input and output rotate speed was obtained in simulation and accorded with the theoreticvalue. Therefore, the transmission design of gear train was validated to be correct. The simulation ean offer reference for trial-manufacture of prototype and improve the efficiency of design.
