摘要
合作教育是美国高校通过职业实践以提高学生综合能力的一条有效途径,也是当今世界各国高等教育积极倡导的一种教育模式。美国辛辛那提大学是合作教育的发源地,在合作教育方面取得了成功经验。文章阐述了美国辛辛那提大学的合作教育——职业实践计划的内容和做法,学习和借鉴该经验,有利于推进中国高等教育的改革。
Cooperative education is one of the approaches to enhancing students＇ comprehensive competence by means of professional practice program and it is a worldwide advocated education model as well. As cradle of cooperative education, university of Cincinnati has achieved a lot of successful experience. The paper expatiates upon the cooperative education of university of Cincinnati, namely professional practice program that deserves study and use for reference in order to advance China＇ s reform of higher education.
