通过对交通运输规划与管理专业研究生用人单位需求调查和分析,结果表明,用人单位更看重研究生知识结构的基础性、专业知识的纵深性和宽广性,需要实践应用能力和创新能力较强,具备职业道德、诚实守信、团队精神、敬业精神的高素质研究生人才。为高等院校交通运输规划与管理专业研究生培养和在校研究生的学习提供参考和借鉴。

In order to impro management major and make the postgraduates cultivated meet the social needs, this paper analyzes the knowledge structure, ability, qualities and employment issues of the postgraduates based on the survey of employers＇ require- merits. The results indicate that the employers attach the importance to the basic of knowledge structure, the depth and universality of professional knowledge. The society needs the postgraduates who take on the ability of learner - autonomy, practicality and innovation, and the high qualities of occupation ethies, honest and keeping words, team spirit, respect - work spirit. The results provide the reference for the postgraduates cultivating of transportation planning and management major and learning of postgraduates.
