新生家长对高校学生工作期望的调查分析及相关建议探讨

Study on the Expectation to the College Students' Work of the Parents of Freshmen and the Relative Suggestions

本研究采用自编调查问卷对150名大学入学新生家长进行高校学生工作期望的调查,调查发现:家长对高校教育的期望呈现出多样化,较赞同学校在课余为学生安排一些积极向上的活动,希望教师关心学生,反感教师的消极态度,希望就学生在校情况与辅导员教师保持交流沟通。为此,文章还针对调查发现的问题提出了增强高校学生工作的建议。

Using self- developed questionnaire, the survey is conducted to the 150 parents of freshmen to invest the expectation of higher education, it is found that the expectation is various, the parents prefer that more positive activities can be arranged, care can be given to student, but disgust the teachers＇ negative attitude and hope that they can keep touch with the teachers in the school. Accordingly, suggestions are given to enhance the work of the college students.
