水-乙二醇抗燃液压液中二聚酸钾极压抗磨作用的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 合成了一种新型极压抗磨添加剂二聚酸钾,并将其应用于水-乙二醇抗燃液压液,同时加入其它多种添加剂,研制出一种新的水-乙二醇抗燃液压液,其外观清亮透明,呈真溶液状.研究表明,这种抗燃液压液的摩擦学性能优良,D300N30min=0.40mm,pB>800N,环-块试验时的摩擦因数比以水溶性改性二烷基二硫代磷酸锌作为极压剂的水-乙二醇液压液的低,且其在较宽载荷和温度范围内的润滑性能都比较好.扫描电子显微镜观察发现,以研制的抗燃液压液作润滑液时的四球试验钢球磨斑表面形成了一层由有机类化合物构成的化合物膜,可以起抗磨作用. Dimer acid potassium was synthesized as an extreme pressure additive. A transparent waterglycol nonflammable hydraulic fluid was prepared by matching the synthesized dimer acid potassium with various other additives. Research demostrates that this nonflammable hydraulic fluid has fine tribological performance, D300 N30 min=0.40 mm, pB>800 N. The Timken test proves that its friction factor between ring and block is smaller to that of nonflammable hydraulic fluid in which water soluble zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate is added as an extreme pressure additive, and it has good lubricity in a fairly wide range of load and temperature. The scanning electron microscopic analysis of the wear scar of steel ball showed that there is a chemical compound film which acts as antiwear film. The EDS test further proved that the film was composed of organic compounds.
