Analysis of characteristic of medical visiting of children under age 14 in summer vocation

目的探讨14岁以下儿童暑期医疗诊治特征。方法采用描述性分析方法及计算各就诊科室的季节比率,研究各科室各月、各季的人次分布特征及儿童暑期诊治规律。结果暑期医疗病人增多是儿童门诊特有的现象,但病人增多不是简单的儿童发热或呼吸道病毒感染的结果,还与儿童假期医疗就诊相关,择期手术病人也相应增多。结论暑期医疗儿童门诊各部门都必须密切关注病人的流量,合理安排接诊医师,合理收治住院病人,合理规划小手术病人的各项治疗工作,避免因病人流量过大给医务人员造成过多的心理负担。

Objective To study the characteristic of medical visiting of children under age 14 in summer vocation. Methods By using the descriptive statistics and calculating the seasonal ratio of different medical department, studies the distribution characteristic of person time and the medical rule of children in summer vocation per month, per season in each medical department are analyzed. Results The increasing of patient is a special phenomena of children clinic. But that is not just the result of children＇s fever and respiratory virus irdections. Many patients choose the summer vocation to get operation, and the pa- tients who select operation are increase. Conclusion Each department of children medical clinic in summer vacation must take care of the flow of patient, arrange the doctor reasonably, plan the treatment of little operation and avoid taking the psychological burden to the medical staff because of the increased patient.
