摘要
介绍了常用的腔型和平面型两种热电型光辐射探测器时间响应特性的测量方法和测量结果。测量结果表明不论是腔型还是平面型光辐射探测器,其时间响应特性都不是理论预言的简单指数衰减函数,而是包含两个指数衰减函数的组合函数;探测器达到平衡的时间是入射光功率的函数,两种探测器的平衡时间都可能很长。所以,如何选取测量读数前等待平衡时间对测量结果有重要影响。对该项因素的影响进行了分析,并提出了解决办法。
Measurement method and results of temporal response of commonly used thermal detector of radiation, both cavity and flat receiver design, are presented. The results show that the temporal response is not characterized by single exponential decay function as theoretical prediction, but by a function consisting of two exponential decay functions. The time period for detectors to reach thermal equilibrium is a function of incident radiant power, it may be very long for both type of detectors. So the time period waited before taking readout is of significant influence to measurement result. The influence is analyzed and a solution is proposed.
