诺西肽发酵中比生长率与生物量的在线连续估计 被引量:3

摘要 发酵过程的控制技术往往由于缺乏一些重要的过程信息而受到阻碍,主要原因是缺乏经济,可靠的在线传感器进行发酵过程中重要状态变量的测量,如生物量浓度、基质浓度、产物浓度以及关键参数比生长率的检测还是采用离线的实验室采样分析方法。由于存在较长的滞后,不能及时反馈控制所需的信息。提出了一种比生长率与生物量浓度的在线连续估计方法,它是基于在线可测变量氧的摄取率检测的基础上建立起来的。在诺西肽发酵的实验应用中,估计器的输出值与实验值吻合度好。 The application of control techniques to fermentation processes is of hampered due to the lack of important feedback information. The main reason is that some important state variables such as the concentrations of biomass, substrates or products and crucial parameter such as specific growth rate can not often be measured directly due to the lack of reliable and cheap sensors. They axe often measured off-line in the lab. So the control information can not be gotten in time because of the time lag. An on-line sequential observer is used to estimate the specific growth rate and the biomass concentration for processes where the measurement of oxygen uptake rate (OUR) is available on-line. A good agreement between the estimated values and the measured values is shown for the cultivation process of Nosiheptide, thus proving the applicability of the algorithm.
